I was truly inspired after watching the video of a girl from China performing the piece "Souvenir d'enfance" by Richard Clayderman. At the time of writing, Zheng Guigui is a 19 year-old girl from China who has no fingers on her right hand but has taught herself to play the piano in just 3 years!
Though disadvantaged with a "fingerless" right hand, she plays the piece beautifully with the sort of lyrical maturity often not found in young people who are new to their musical instruments. Guigui possesses tremendous dedication and willpower indeed. The Scripture says in Philippians 4:13, "For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength." This young girl has demonstrated just that. Is there anything that is preventing you from pursuing and achieving your dreams? The Bible says that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). Remove any excuses that stop you from facing challenges in your life. Start believing in God and yourself. Take the "IM" out of "IMPOSSIBLE" and together with God, make everything POSSIBLE!
