Kelvin Wong is a millionaire landlord and investor from Singapore. He started investing in real estate since 2000 and currently owns a multimillionaire-dollar portfolio of properties in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia. Kelvin achieved financial independence at 39 when he created multiple streams of income to sustain his desired lifestyle. He is happily married to Amelia and they have two sons, Joshua and Isaac. A Dean’s List graduate from Edith Cowan University, Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Management Science.
Kelvin began his corporate journey right after graduation in 1991. He gained many years of experience working in multinational corporations across a wide spectrum of industries including information technology, telecommunication, food & beverages, public transportation and training. His prior career had him holding positions as managing director, general manager, director of marketing, and marketing manager. Kelvin has also been an entrepreneur on the side where he invested capital in both established businesses and startups.

In addition, Kelvin invested in a chain of Mexican and Italian restaurants located in the prime areas of Singapore.
During his stint as a trainer, Kelvin triggered positive changes in the attitudes of seminar participants from esteemed corporations. Many innovative ideas and work processes generated during the workshops have been implemented in organizations from public and private sectors. Kelvin had also represented the Civil Service College Singapore to conduct creative problem-solving programs for civil servants at top and middle management levels.
In 2007, Kelvin retired from corporate life and sold off his business holdings to have more quality time with his family. He now spends time managing his own investment portfolio, writing books, and living his dream!

He is also featured in Hot Ideas Off The Belt, a coffee-table book published by International Enterprise Singapore. Kelvin's articles and commentaries have also been published in newspapers and magazines.

Kelvin's first book, Create Your Destiny, was launched in 2003 across all major bookstores in Singapore and selected stores in Malaysia. His book was placed under the Business Bestsellers section at Books Kinokuniya the following month. Print copies of the first edition have already been sold out. A fully revised and expanded edition is in the works.
